Best Pasta Salad
• 12 oz shell pasta • 3 small cloves garlic • 9 oz each yellow and red cherry tomatoes • ½ cucumber (seedless is best) • 1 handful black olives • 2 tablespoons fresh chives • Handful fresh basil • 5-7 tablespoons olive oil • 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Cook and drain pasta Cut tomatoes, cucumber and olives into pieces, crush garlic with a little salt, place all in bowl add pasta, add vinegar, herbs , chives and oil, toss to coat.
