Crust: 1/3 cup melted butter 1 1/4 cup crushed oreo cookie crumbs OR honey graham wafers 1/4 cup sugar Mix together and prepare as a crust in the bottom of springform pan (I always line my pan with parchament paper. Chill for approx. 5 - 10 min. Filling: 2 pkgs cream cheese softened 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs (beaten) 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips (melted) 5 - 8 small candy canes crushed
beat cheese until fluffy, add milk, eggs and lemon juice, add the crushed candy canes and fold (gently mixing). Pour into prepared pan. Pour dabs of chocolate onto cake and using a kabob skewer, gently swirl through cake. Bake at 300 degrees F for 55 min. Allow to cool completely before removing from pan. Top with whip cream blended with crushed candy canes.
