Waikiki Meatballs
• 1 small tin pineapple tidbits, juice reserved • 2 tablespoons cornstarch • 1/3 cup vinegar • ½ cup brown sugar • 1 tablespoon soya sauce • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
Mix cornstarch & vinegar until cornstarch is dissolved. Add in brown sugar, soya sauce and juice from pineapple, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer until sauce thickens. Add pineapple and green pepper, heat through. Add precooked meatballs, stir and heat well.
